1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized items, final sale items, used/washed/damaged items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it with the RA number included.
  4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping. Use a trackable method.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the return. Refund goes to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 additional business days for it to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

5. Exchanges

Contact us for size, color, or product exchanges. Subject to availability. If unavailable, we'll issue a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description. We'll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
